Request: Mempool ("mempool")

Requests that the recipient notify the sender of transactions that are currently in its mempool. Recipients of a mempool message MAY respond with a set of transaction hashes currently in their mempool via an inv message.

The mempool message was defined in BIP-35.

Current nodes (BCHN) only answer mempool when they advertise the NODE_BLOOM service bit (or the requesting peer has been granted the mempool permission); otherwise, and also when the node's outbound upload target has been reached, they disconnect the requesting peer unless it has the noban permission. Clients should check for NODE_BLOOM before sending mempool.
